Photography during panels is permitted. Short video recordings for private use are also allowed. However, full recordings of panels, as well as their publication or commercial use, are not permitted.

FAST LANE PASS
WAIT LESS, EXPERIENCE MORE
With the Fast Lane Pass, you get access to a dedicated priority queue for autographs, selfies and Photo Ops. This can significantly reduce your waiting time and lets you enjoy your convention weekend in a more relaxed way.
To use the Fast Lane, collect your wristband from our Sales Desk on site by presenting your Fast Lane ticket. The wristband is valid for the entire day. If it is tampered with or removed, it immediately becomes invalid.
Please note:
The Fast Lane Pass is an optional add-on and does not replace an admission ticket. A valid admission ticket is still required to enter the event.
The Fast Lane ticket does NOT include tickets for autographs, selfies or Photo Ops. These must be purchased separately – the ticket only applies to waiting times in the respective queues.
The Fast Lane ticket is valid exclusively for queues at the stars’ tables for autographs, selfies and Photo Ops. It does not apply to entry, the Sales Desk or other queues such as food, toilets and more.
The Fast Lane ticket is valid for one person.
FACTS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
To help make your visit as relaxed as possible, we have compiled some important information for you here. You can find answers to many more questions about German Film Comic Con in our detailed FAQ.
CARD PAYMENTS & ATMs
Card payments are accepted for purchases of €15 or more. However, we still recommend bringing cash, as card payments rely on an internet connection and occasional disruptions may occur if the network is under heavy load during the event.
ATMs are available on site where you can withdraw cash. While many exhibitors and vendors accept card payments, we recommend having some cash with you, as this cannot be guaranteed at every stand.
FOOD & DRINKS
Your food and drink needs will be well taken care of throughout German Film Comic Con. Look forward to a varied selection of food and beverages offered directly by Messe Dortmund. Take a relaxing break in the catering areas and recharge for the rest of your convention day.
You are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks. However, glass bottles and other glass containers are not permitted for safety reasons.
SMART GLASSES & RECORDING DEVICES
Wearable devices that enable unnoticed image and/or audio recordings are prohibited throughout the entire event venue at all We Love Conventions events.
This includes, in particular, Smart Glasses with integrated cameras and/or recording functions (such as Meta Smart Glasses), as well as comparable wearable recording devices of any kind.
Personal encounters at our events should remain exactly that: personal. Our star guests, staff and visitors should be able to feel comfortable without being recorded without their knowledge or consent.
In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to take appropriate action. The unauthorised use of such a device will result in immediate exclusion from the event without prior warning.
